When She's Gone
She just stood there.
She didn't move even an inch.
Her eyes were staring at something.
I couldn't tell what it was for sure.
She was standing on a cliff.
The wind that came from the sea
was freezing.
I even felt it in my bones.
Suddenly, she turned around and
looked at me.
She said: 'Are you ready?'
I didn't know what she meant
by that.
I asked her, and she just turned around,
with a sad smile on her sweet lips.
And she jumped.
She spread her arms and then
she was out of my sight.
And yet, still I could see her
standing there.
